Tesla Shares Livestream Link for Upcoming Robotaxi Event on October 10

As excitement builds for Tesla's forthcoming Robotaxi launch, the company has released the official livestream link for the event titled "We, Robot." This unveiling is viewed as a pivotal moment for Tesla’s future, as CEO Elon Musk suggests that the Robotaxi could redefine the company’s trajectory.

Scheduled for Thursday, October 10, at Warner Brothers Studios in Burbank, CA, the event promises to be a significant milestone for Tesla. Doors will open at 5 p.m. PT, with check-in commencing at 5:30 p.m., leading up to the main unveiling presentation at 7 p.m. The livestream link has been shared on Tesla’s official social media accounts, although an official link on their YouTube channel has not yet surfaced.

Musk's vision for the Robotaxi encompasses a compact, cost-effective vehicle designed to fully integrate with Tesla's Full Self-Driving (FSD) technology. Insights from Musk’s biography by author Walter Isaacson suggest that the Robotaxi will cater to two passengers while accommodating luggage, emphasizing efficiency and convenience.

Notably, a small, camouflaged vehicle resembling the Robotaxi was spotted near the event location last month, sparking speculation among enthusiasts. A Reddit user claimed to have seen the prototype being tested, suggesting readiness as the launch date approaches.

Wall Street investors are optimistic, with RBC Capital analysts estimating that the Robotaxi could represent a $153 billion revenue stream for Tesla, constituting 63% of their overall valuation. Additionally, Morgan Stanley analysts anticipate the potential unveiling of a sub-$30,000 vehicle at the event, hinting at a broader strategic vision for the company moving forward.
