Tesla has announced a series of updates to its Model Y compact luxury crossover, dubbed the "Juniper" update. The changes aim to improve the vehicle's performance, range, and overall driving experience. Here's a comprehensive overview of what's new:

The Juniper update brings a refreshed exterior design, with a new front bumper, grille, and rear diffuser. The interior has also received updates, including a new center console with a wireless charging pad, improved climate control system, and enhanced ambient lighting.

Performance

The Model Y Juniper boasts improved acceleration, thanks to an updated electric motor that produces 259 horsepower. The vehicle's 0-60mph time has been reduced to 5.4 seconds, making it faster than ever before.

Range and Charging

The Juniper update has also increased the Model Y's range to 303 miles on a single charge, according to the EPA. Additionally, Tesla has upgraded the vehicle's charging system, allowing for faster charging speeds of up to 250 kW.
