Time Period for Accepting Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. If the product you receive has any quality problems or damage within 30 days, you need to provide a clear unpacking video and pictures that can reflect the problem, and contact customer service to deal with it.We will not process orders older than 30 days.

 

Return & Exchange Conditions

1.Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

2.Items must be returned within 30 days (at CST) after you receive them.

3.All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

4.When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.

 

Non-returnable items

1.On sale items are non-refundable.

2.Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.

 

How to return an item?

Step 1: Please contact us via Email or online chat.Email:cs@topabyte.com.You need to describe the following: the product being returned, the order number, the reason for the return, and pictures of the product in its current condition. If the product has quality defects, you need to provide clear pictures or videos, and you still need to tell us the details of the defects.

Step 2: If you return is accepted, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package.

Step 3: When we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days (at CST) and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

 

Return Charge

1.If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you;

2.If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the freight.

3.No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.



Damage & Problems

Please check your order after receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item. Please provide a video or photo to show our support staff the problem. We will reply promptly and solve your problem. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. Upon receipt of a returned item, we may issue a new item or issue a refund.



Refund (If applicable)

We will notify you once we receive and inspect the return. Upon receipt of the item in condition, we will issue a refund via the same method as your original payment.

 

Order Cancellations

1. If you reach out to us within 24 hours of your purchase, we can assist you with canceling your order. As long as your payment has been completed and the package has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order prior to delivery, and we will issue a full refund.

2. Please note that once the package has been shipped, we are unable to process order cancellations.
